This beautiful hotel is situated right in the Old Port downtown area, on the water. Because it is literally on the "Rocky Point," there is no beach. Vina Del Mar has a great view of the ocean, and is walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants, including Santana's Coffee Casa which serves Starbucks Coffee. It is about a five minute drive to the Sandy beach or Rocky beach. Swimming pool with swim up bar, Jacuzzi, restaurant, satellite T.v. & phones in the rooms. The Vina Del Mar is the only hotel with a outdoor pool built on the black rocks that fills up with ocean water (not very deep). On site 24 hour security.
